I worked this past week in Palm Desert and stayed with the Tang's. They have their own 24 hour clinic which fixes the ailments we accident prone humans have at a moments notice. It was a pleasure to visit them, along with David and Kim, their three children Devin, David, and Ian were a delight to play with and play games. Work was good but life was better. We played by the pool and played roll the dinosaur. Roll the dinosuar is a game I made up and first played with Lucas. I taught it to the Tang kids and they loved it. David tried and tried to beat me to no avail. Roll the dinosaur is a game where the rules are simple, pick your favorite dinosaur and roll him on a smooth surface. You play to 10 and try and get the dino to fall on his four feet. The first person to 10 wins the round. On the way home I had to stop at the Cabazon dinosaur not only as a tribute to my wife and child since we always stop there to say hello and shoot a new photo but also as a tribute to the Tang's for a wonderful time while I had to work away from home.
